Please be aware that there is an entrance fee of €18, payable on-site. Following this, the cruise will continue to the island of Vis, a former strategic naval base that was closed to the public until recently. Due to its unique location and seclusion, Vis offers a distinctive charm and a glimpse into the Mediterranean as it once was, making it a fascinating destination to explore.

You’ll spend the night in the town of Vis, located on the northern side of the island and developed around the ancient ruins of Issa, Croatia’s first urban centre. History enthusiasts can visit the remains of a Roman thermal bath or the City Museum. Alternatively, enjoy a leisurely walk and admire the scenic “Villae Rusticae” along the coastline, adding to the picturesque landscape. Embrace the allure of Vis and soak in the serene ambiance of this historically rich island.

After a delightful breakfast, we set sail towards the enchanting island of Korčula, renowned as the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Korčula is also home to a distinctive tradition—the Spanish mediaeval knight’s game known as Moreška, performed exclusively here. In the evening, explore the vibrant selection of konobas (taverns), restaurants, cocktail bars, and nightclubs both within and around the city walls. The cruise continues to the island of Mljet, one of the Adriatic’s greenest and most lush islands. Located on the island’s western side is the captivating Mljet National Park (entrance fee of 25 EUR payable on-site). Upon arrival, you’ll have free time to explore the park’s natural beauty.

The national park features two stunning salt lakes connected to the sea by a narrow channel. You can take a boat ride to the island of St. Mary in the Great Lake, where you’ll find an ancient church and monastery set in tranquil surroundings. Enjoy various activities such as cycling, canoeing, or taking a refreshing swim in the picturesque lakes.

The cruise will then proceed to either Šipan, part of the Elaphite Islands near Dubrovnik, or Slano, located along the coastline. Both are charming fishing villages where we’ll stay overnight. After breakfast, at approximately 9:00am, you’ll disembark from your ship and be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll have a full day to further explore Dubrovnik.

You can take the cable car up to Srđ Mountain for breathtaking views of the city, or wander through the many shops and cafes along Stradun, the main street. Alternatively, enjoy a walk along the mediaeval walls that encircle the entire town.

Asia Vacation Group offers you a “Instalment Payment Plan”, you will be required to settle a small deposit followed by a series of instalments when you select to book your departure tour.

  • First payment: You will be required to settle $300 per person deposit online through our website link
  • Second payment: You will be required to settle the second payment $2,000 per person after 7 days when you receive our company invoice
  • Third payment: $1,000 per person due within 40 days of deposit
  • Fourth payment: $1,000 per person due within 90 days of deposit
  • Final payment: Final payment will be collected 120 days before your departure

However, you will have 7-day cooling off period. Please refer to “Flexible Cancellation” section.

Flexible Cancellation
If you change your mind within 7 days of making your booking online, you can request a refund of your initial deposit payment. Once your purchase date falls outside of the 7-day period, our standard terms and conditions will apply.

Flight requests, amendments or preferences
We understand customers may wish to request changes to their included airfares. If you wish to fly with a certain airline, land at a certain time or change your flight in other ways we will gladly provide you with a personalized quote tailored to your specific requirements.

Cabin Preferences – These include upgrading to premium economy or business class
Extensions (start and end cities must remain the same) – You may request to extend your stay pre or post tour.

The accommodation listed is subject to change. Any changes will be of an equal or higher standard. Bedding configurations (double or twin) are requests only. All efforts will be made to meet your preferences however any changes are beyond our control.

Single supplement is $2,042 per person in addition to the twin share price.

Physical Requirements
A reasonable level of fitness is required. Participants should be comfortable navigating stairs, boarding and disembarking from the coach and ship, and walking reasonable distances, typically around 2 kilometres per day or more. Whilst in the Plitvice Lakes, some of the boardwalks may be slippery and uneven. Please disclose any physical conditions at the time of booking to assess suitability for the tour.

Tipping
A friendly reminder that tipping is not included in your package.
Industry standard is USD$10-15 per person per day – however the final amount you may wish to give, is completely at your discretion.

Visa & Passport Information
It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport. The passport must be valid for a minimum of six months from the intended date of return and must have more than 2 blank pages.

AU Passport holders:
You do not need a visa for Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania if you are staying less than 90 days. Travellers require a passport valid for at least 3 months after the traveller exits the country. You may be required to provide proof of minimum funds.

IMPORTANT: Visa requirements may change at any time without notice. You should contact the nearest high commission/embassy or consulate for the latest details.

Children
Children under the age of 12 years will not be permitted to travel on this tour.

Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against the unexpected. In addition to the support that a policy may provide, you may be asked to present a copy of your travel insurance documentation while traveling.
