JOB DESCRIPTIONS
As a Travel Consultant, your responsibilities will all revolve around booking and customer service. You will be reaching out to customers to follow up on their enquiries & supporting clients through their journey as well as ensuring all information & documentation is accurate within the system.

  • All office management tasks on CRM
  • Consult, collect and prepare all needed documents to apply visas, passports for clients
  • Dealing and contracting with the suppliers such as restaurants, hotels, transportation companies
  • Answer phone calls, coordinate with Vietnam office or our DMCs to consult or respond to the inquiries and complaints of customers.
  • Manage emails, Livechat, phone calls and other forms of correspondence;
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office;
  • Communicating with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Staying current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Make the tour confirmation to the customer when you receive the booking.
  • Confidence to engage with a diverse range of people and present professionally to customers either face to face, or via video

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
We are seeking a Tour Product Manager with a keen interest in travel to join our dynamic team. The overall purpose of this position as a Product Manager is to generate profitable revenues by developing and managing products and services. Bring your exceptional itinerary planning, creativity, and supplier relationship skills to this exciting product role within Asia Vacation Group.

  • Be responsible for the design and management of unique history, cultural and adventure tour itineraries.
  • You will cover all aspects from the tour design concept, supplier contracting and partnership negotiation, costings, sale launch, liaising with the Operation team and Sales team upon completion.
  • Negotiating competitive rates, exclusive inclusions and service level agreements with suppliers.
  • Continually reviewing the performance of the product (sales / competitor analysis) and recommending strategies to gain market share whilst maintaining product margins
  • Develop exclusive agreements where possible to facilitate the growth of the destinations
  • Develop an innovative and well-presented product range which is reputable within the market and intended audienc
  • Work with Operations and Sales team prior to each new season launch to review the operational instructions and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of the tour season
  • Budget, plan, cost and yield manage all financial aspects of tours to the destination
  • To attend travel trade shows (if relevant) and other industry functions as necessary to continually research & develop products and relationships.
  • Work with the Sales team and Operation team to design and Familiarisation tours for Agents & Jounalists to showcase the highlights of the Product for each region
  • Participate in other department activities as directed by the Board of Directors.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

– At least 02 years of experience in travel industry background in product coordination and product management.
– Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and confident public speaker.
– Ability to manage workloads, set priorities and resolve issues independently.
– Positive working attitude, respect and compliance with rules.
– Creative and dynamic thinking. Responsible, careful, proactive in work. Good teamwork spirit.
– Priority is given to candidates with experience and training from agencies and can withstand work pressure.
