AVG Travels offers you a “Instalment Payment Plan”, you will be required to settle a small deposit followed by a series of instalments (pending the value) when you select to book your package.

• Deposit payment: You will be required to settle a $100 per package deposit online through our website link.
• Final payment: Final payment will be collected 14 days after your deposit payment has been made.

However, should you choose to cancel your package after the deposit payment has been made – you will be issued a refund to the value of the deposit amount in the form of AVG Travels credit to use on a future booking.

If you need to cancel your booking and the final payment has been made and your booking is more than 21 days from your check-in, you will be issued a AVG Travels credit note to the value of your package. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, to be used on any future AVG Travels packages (both Tours or Holiday Escapes). 

Please note: flight and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Should you wish to change your travel date, please contact our call centre to do so (date changes are only applicable outside of the standard cancellation period – greater than 21 days from check-in).

Please ensure that any request to cancel your booking is received via email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation.

Like what you see but are still considering when to travel? Don’t worry, we understand. You have the option to buy this package now and select dates later.

Once you have purchased this package, you will receive a receipt stating the amount paid and the amount outstanding. When you are ready to select a check-in date, please contact AVG Travels, state your AVG Travels booking number (stated on your receipt) and our helpful sales consultants will book your dates for you. Please note, we cannot guarantee that all dates will be available when you decide to book.

Once your check-in date is confirmed, you will receive an updated receipt noting these dates. Any changes to these dates after you have selected your check-in date cannot be guaranteed and are strictly subject to accommodation availability.

This Holiday Escape deal is valid for travel until the 23rd December 2025.

Pricing is based on 2 persons – twin/double share. No discounts are applicable for solo travellers.

Travel period is from 1 February 2025 to 23rd December 2025.

● Unlimited water will be served by the glass from all-inclusive outlets during opening hours
● Basic tea/coffee provided in all the all-inclusive outlets during opening hours
● Two bottles of water (1 litre) per day provided in the room

Property policy

• Bookings are required and subject to availability.
• Requests for voluntary date changes must be submitted before the Book By date and at least 21 days prior to check-in.
• Changes to confirmed bookings are at the property’s discretion and may incur additional charges.
• All activities and services are subject to availability.
• Expenses such as flights and other additional costs are not included in this offer.
• The package must be used as a whole and cannot be split.
• Additional guests not included in the deal price must be added no later than 21 days prior to check-in directly to AVG Travels.
• Valid photo ID may be required at check-in, along with a valid credit card for pre-authorisation of any incidental charges.
• This offer is valid only for consecutive night stays.
• It cannot be combined with any other offer or applied to existing reservations.
• The offer is non-combinable with other promotions.
• Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternative services or cash.

All-inclusive package terms and conditions:
All types of beverages are for personal consumption, served one glass at a time, ordered while at the all-inclusive outlets during opening hours
● Beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can only be ordered one at a time
● All the guests staying in the same room will have to be on all-inclusive basis including children
● Room service and mini bar are not included in the all-inclusive package and will be charged separately
● The all-inclusive package is available only for the guests entire stay
● No refund is applicable for early departures
● Our procedure requires billing for all consumption of food and beverage as well as for all other services
● All guests are required to sign the bills that are presented for the service provided
● The benefits of the package can be enjoyed until check-out or 1200noon, whichever is earlier
● In the case where the transfer is delayed or advanced due to transfer rescheduling, the guest cannot claim for a refund
● The resort reserves the right to change any brand above if not available, replacing with a suitable alternative provided that it endeavors to obtain the stated brand within a reasonable amount of time
● All additional charges which are not included in the all-inclusive package must be paid for upon check-out

Extra persons policy is based on the extra person being aged 12 years and over. The inclusions for an extra person will include an extra bed and breakfast – no other inclusions mentioned in the package.

Child policy refers to infants from 0 to 6 years – who can stay free of charge at the property, on the provision they share the existing bedding with parents. The child aged 0 to 6 years do not count towards the maximum room capacity.
– Cots/cribs can be requested free of charge (subject to availability)

– Children accept the following inclusions: sharing existing bedding with parents and breakfast

Gan International Airport is connected to Colombo (Sri Lanka), Malé (Maldives), Kooddoo Island (Maldives).

For travellers arriving into Malé (Velana International Airport – MLE), you can purchase a domestic flight (inclusive of speedboat transfer on arrival into GAN) at an additional cost of $575 per person.
