AVG Travels offers you a “Instalment Payment Plan”, you will be required to settle a small deposit followed by a series of instalments (pending the value) when you select to book your package.

• Deposit payment: You will be required to settle a $100 per package deposit online through our website link.
• Final payment: Final payment will be collected 14 days after your deposit payment has been made.

However, should you choose to cancel your package after the deposit payment has been made – you will be issued a refund to the value of the deposit amount in the form of AVG Travels credit to use on a future booking.

If you need to cancel your booking and the final payment has been made and your booking is more than 21 days from your check-in, you will be issued a AVG Travels credit note to the value of your package. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, to be used on any future AVG Travels packages (both Tours or Hotel Escapes). 

Please note: flight and service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Should you wish to change your travel date, please contact our call centre to do so (date changes are only applicable outside of the standard cancellation period – greater than 21 days from check-in).

Please ensure that any request to cancel your booking is received via email to [email protected], including the reason for cancellation.

Once you have purchased this package, you will receive a receipt stating the amount paid and the amount outstanding. When you are ready to select a check-in date, please contact AVG Travels, state your AVG Travels booking number (stated on your receipt) and our helpful sales consultants will book your dates for you. Please note, we cannot guarantee that all dates will be available when you decide to book.

Once your check-in date is confirmed, you will receive an updated receipt noting these dates. Any changes to these dates after you have selected your check-in date cannot be guaranteed and are strictly subject to accommodation availability.

This Hotel Escape deal is valid for travel until the 22nd December 2025.

Pricing is based on 2 persons – twin/double share. No discounts are applicable for solo travellers.

Travel period is from 1st January 2025 to 22nd December 2025.

All-inclusive guests will receive a bracelet upon check-in and this bracelet is non-transferable. The guests should wear the all-inclusive bracelet at all time as an identification.

THE KITCHEN: All-day dining restaurant offering the most delicious buffets for breakfast and À la Carte for lunch & dinner. 06:30am to 10:00am and 11:00am to 10:00pm.
THE SHACK: Gourmet street food charcoal barbecue. 10:00am to 6:00pm.
OLA BEACH CLUB: Spanish cuisine make its debut in Vietnam. An incredible chill-out terrace alongside the sea where you can savour Spanish Tapas while admiring the beautiful sunsets. 4:00pm to midnight.
ROOM SERVICE: is not included for All-inclusive package.
All food and drinks outside of All-inclusive package menu will have 20% discount.
BODY & SOL SPA: 4 tranquil spa rooms and an outdoor spa area by the pool Spa is not included in All-Inclusive. All-Inclusive guest can enjoy 20% discount at the Spa.
GINGER CAFE: serving beverages daily. 9:00am to 5:00pm.
PAPAGAYO POOL CLUB: serving beverages daily. 11:00am to 7:00pm.

Resort outlet service hours and venues may change without prior notice depending on hotel operation status. Last order of all F&B outlets are accepted 30 minutes before closing time. All drinks in all-inclusive package will be served by local brands. For imported beverages, all-inclusive guests will enjoy 20% off.

20% discounts: applicable for use on food and beverage services not included in the all-inclusive package, as well as any treatments at the Body and SOL Spa.

• Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for alternative services or cash.

Extra persons policy is based on the extra person being aged 12 years and over.

• Child policy refers to infants from 0 to 3 years (infant) – who can stay free of charge at the property, on the provision they share the existing bedding with parents, or at the request of a cot
• The infant aged 0 to 3 years do not count towards the maximum room capacity
• Cots/cribs can be requested free of charge (subject to availability)
• Children are considered aged 4 to 11 years of age and receive all inclusions as per the package
• Children aged 12 and over are considered as adults and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years and over and receive the same inclusions as the other guests in the room
